Venezela T. Slade-Hartman, MD, attended Wake Forest School of Medicine from Winston-Salem, NC, and received her medical degree in 1999. Furthermore, she conducted her family medicine residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham – Huntsville Regional Medical Campus (1999-2002). In addition, Dr. Slade-Hartman received board certification in family medicine from the American Board of Family Medicine. She remains in good standing with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
